Jef Spaleta is the current Fedora Project Leader.
Jef was an early contributor to fedora.us and the Fedora Project. He was elected to the Fedora Board as a community representative at-large before living in Alaska and Antarctica for several years while studying aurora activity. During the early years of Fedora, Jef was actively involved in shaping the project and was known as an ever-present voice in Fedora’s IRC channels and mailing lists, helping users get started with Fedora, as well as contributing project maintenance work.
